iPad Air 2 vs iPad Pro

What’s the difference between an iPad Air 2 and an iPad Pro? With the big bump on pricing, we can definitely expect differences that may or may not be of comfort to a user.

From an iPad Air 2 to an iPad Pro, iOS doesn’t mean much as a difference since it most likely can be upgraded to the latest iOS. Same goes with the built-in applications since each one of them can easily be downloaded and mostly are free. As for features on the other hand, iPad Pro offers the new Apple Pencil that acts as a stylus. It also is wider, heavier, and faster with its LPDDR4 GB of ram that offers twice as fast a data rate than the LPDDR3 GB of an iPad Air 2. In addition it also offers the new technology of processors, the A9X and M9 which makes the iPad Pro’s processing faster.

Although iPad Pro seems to provide a faster unit, one should take note of each of these unit’s usage. iPad Air 2 may not be as fast as the iPad Pro, but it is a legacy size tablet which many people are accustomed to. With iPad Pro, being wider and heavier, you are presented more with a laptop sized tablet, rather than a regular sized one. One should also take note that prices differ, and in a huge amount. That being said, iPad Air 2 has its pros and cons, but so does the iPad Pro.
